• Short stay: For stays from 1 to 3 nights we charge 3.00 euro and from 4 to 6 nights we charge 2.00 euro per person/overnight. For stays from 1 to 3 nights we charge 8.00-10.00 euro and from 4 to 6 nights we charge 4.00-5.00 euro for appartment/overnight.
• Apartment occupancy: Our apartments are ideal for 2 to 6 persons . The indicated prices are valid for a minimum occupancy of 2 persons – third and fourth person for an extra charge.
• Occupancy double rooms: If a double room is used as a single room, we charge an extra fee of 30 %.
• Garage: A car parking is available for free – the price for a parking space in the garage is 6.00 € per day.

The indicated prices are to be understood plus a local tax of 3,30 € per person (from 14 years) and day, which is paid on site. The local tax is separately indicated on the account and offset with the municipality.

For room bookings, the following discounts for children are applicable (for overnight stays in the third bed in the parents’ room):

• 0 to 3 years: free
• 3 to 6 years: 70 % discount
• 6 to 15 years: 50 % discount
• Over 15 years: 20 % discount

For apartment bookings, the following children’s prices are applicable:

• 0 to 3 years: free
• 3 to 15 years: 12.00 €
• Over 15 years: 17.00 €

Of course, you can also bring your dog. For the additional cleaning effort, we will charge a daily fee of 10.00 € when booking a room or 12.00 € for stays in the apartment. Please understand, that dogs cannot be brought to the breakfast room, to the recreation room, to the area swimming pool and our lawn/garden.

For room bookings, our rich and regional breakfast buffet is included in the price.

If you choose an apartment, we offer a bread delivery service (against payment). Of course, you can also book our breakfast buffet at the price of 14.00 € per person (from 15 years). Kids until 6 years can have breakfast for free, for kids from 6 to 15 years the breakfast price amounts to 9.00 €.

From 1 January 2024, with the South Tyrol Guest Pass Schenna you can use buses, trains and cable cars free of charge and experience South Tyrol in a relaxed, sustainable way and without a car.

On the day of arrival, you can go to the rooms and apartments between 1.30 and 6.30 pm. Please let us know, if you arrive later. On the day of departure, please leave the premises until 10.30 pm.

Free WLAN is available in the entire building.

Our heated pool is open for you, depending on the weather, from the middle of May to the middle of September. For a small fee, you can use as well our sauna (10.00 €) and the solarium (5.00 €).

For the intermediate and final cleaning of the apartments, we will charge 35.00 €.

In order to avoid inconveniences and potential errors, we ask you to confirm your reservation in writing. Afterwards, you will get a confirmation from us. The booking is only valid from the moment you have our confirmation. In case of long-term reservations, please let us know one week before your arrival.

For reservations, please make a deposit (caparra) of 30 % of the total price for you stay in advance.

If possible, we will fulfil all of your wishes. However, we cannot guarantee fix room numbers.

The unexpected can always happen. However, it is a pity if your room or apartments will stay empty, even if other guests had liked to come. Therefore, our request to you: Please inform us in time! Cancellations are accepted in written form only, via letter, fax or e-mail

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers' Code (notification pursuant to Part III, Section III, Paragraph I of the Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 (Consumers’ Code) is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:

• For cancellations up to 61 days before arrival, only the deposit* will be retained for the confirmation.
• For cancellations from 60 days to 22 days before arrival, we charge 60 % of the total amount minus the depoist* for the confirmation.
• For cancellations from 21 days before arrival, we charge 100% of the total amount minus the doposit the deposit* for the confirmation.
• In case of no-shows without cancellation, late arrival or anticipated departure without acceptable reasons, the room/apartment is charged until the arranged day of arrival or departure.
• In case that the Italian government imposes a travel ban between regions/provinces and entry ban from abroad related to the Covid-19 pandamic, the reservation will be canceld free of charge. An exception to this rule is a quarantine obglation due to Covie-19 and orther cases of illness.

We reserve the right to decide on a case-by-case basis. (*deposit = caparra confirmatoria)

In any case, we recommend you to make a travel cancellation insurance, such as the HGV cancellation protection via the European travel insurance.
